CL: Candlelighting, according to www.hebcal.com, zip 02459 (alternative: 18 minutes before sunset)
A |
15 minutes before closest CL (“closest” because hebcal does not give candlelighting times for all holidays, because one does not light candles) |

B | 5 minutes before closest CL |

**Debatable: RH2 Minchah has always been set by the committee and I have not weighed in. Technically, maariv cannot be said until F, but I think there are those who say it at E. So, in the traditional view, erev RH2 Minchah/Maariv would be C/F, or in the alternative approach C/E. If it fell on Shabbat, it would certainly be C/F. If you want to leave it to those who are actually davening, you could just list RH Mincha as C, and let those who show up decide whether to do Maariv at E or F. (This is how I listed it above) |
D | 10 minutes after CL |
|
E | 18 minutes after CL (alternative: sunset) |
NOTE: This will be different on Motzei Shabbat - choose a few minutes after Havdallah time (allowing travel time) = 63 minutes after CL
|
F |
63 minutes after CL |

I | One hour before CL | For mincha of Tisha B'Av day, you need an hour before CL (sunset) to finish torah, hafatarah & davening. You might put out a question to see if people want to do it very early, like 2, since some end fast early in light of Israel but not before mincha. |
J | Yom Kippur MINCHA starts 2:45 (two hours and 45 mins) before Havdallah |
